I grew up in a small town just outside of Charlotte, where I learned to value community, creativity and life's simple joys. I have always been drawn to the creative side of marketing - the storytelling, design, and strategy that brings ideas to life. Alongside my professional interests, I am someone who enjoys spending quality time with friends & family, staying active, traveling, exploring fashion, and all things art.

This simple quote reminds us that growth only happens when you are willing to make a change. If we continuously repeat the same actions or habits, we will continue to get the same results. If you aren't happy with your life then you need to try new approaches, take risks and step out of your comfort zone. I've learned that setting expectations for yourself without taking action can be quite damaging - it only creates disappointment and self doubt. Real change comes from movement, not just motivation.
